Baker Homes Unveils Mint Court Phase 2

LAGOS, NIGERIA — September 2026: Real estate development company Baker Homes has officially unveiled Mint Court Phase 2, a new residential property development located along the Papalanto Expressway in Obafemi Owode, Mowe, following the successful completion and sell-out of Mint Court Phase 1.

The launch marks the next chapter of the Mint Court development, with Baker Homes opening Phase 2 to prospective property buyers and real estate investors at an Independence Day promotional price of ₦8 million for a 300sqm plot.

The promotional price is available until October 14, 2026, after which the minimum entry price is expected to rise to ₦10 million.

The launch of this estate came into the picture following the successful performance of Mint Court Phase 1, which entered the market in 2022 at approximately ₦5 million and subsequently sold out in 2025 at prices ranging from approximately ₦25 million to ₦30 million.

Located along the Papalanto Expressway, the estate comprises 100% dry land and comes with a Global Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). Baker Homes also offers buyers instant allocation upon completion of payment, with the listed property prices are all-inclusive; no hidden or extra charges.

Industry Stakeholders, Realtors Gather for Launch

The launch event attracted real estate professionals and industry stakeholders. Notable personalities attended, including actor Jide Awobona and Surveyor Abayomi Sobowale.

According to Baker Homes, the event served multiple purposes beyond the formal introduction of the property. The event gave realtors detailed product knowledge to better describe the development to prospective buyers. It also launched Baker Homes’ brand influencer partnership with actor Jide Awobona.

Speaking at the launch, the Supervising Manager and Head of Projects, Dr. Hon. Olusegun Osundina of Baker Homes said the development reflects the company’s approach to building long-term value through properly documented property and transparent transactions.
